The Commonwealth of Kentucky vs Isaiah Meadows, Upon Indictment for Perjury
This day comes as well the attorney for the commonwealth as the defendant according to the terms of his recognizance, when for reason appearing to the court it was ordered that the trial of this Indictment be postponed until the next term of this court. And the said Isaiah Meadows, with John Meadows, Thomas Meadows & Thomas M. Meadows his surities, now here in court, under the order & direction of the court, acknowleged themselves indebted severally to our said commonwealth in the sums following, [?], Viz: the said Isaiah Meadows, in the sum of four hundred Dollars, the said John Meadows, in the sum of two hundred Dollars, & the said Thomas Meadows & Thomas M. Meadows, in the sum of One hundred Dollars each, to be levied of their goods & chattels lands & tenements respectively to the use of our said commonwealth: But the said sums are not to be paid or in any manner rendered, if the said Isaiah Meadows, doth appear before this court on the first day of the next term thereof and answer the Indictment for Perjury aforesaid; and continues during said term to abide by the orders & Judgement of said court, and doth not depart without the leave of the court first had and obtained.

Commonwealth vs Isaiah Meaders Upon an Indictment for Perjury
This day came the Attorney for the Commonwealth as well as the Defendant according to his recognizance and was arraigned of the Felony alledged in the indictment and upon his arraingment pleaded not guilty and for trial put himself upon the County and the Attorney for the Commonwealth doth so likewise therefore it was ordered that a Jury do come who &c to recognize &c because as well &c and there upon came the jurors of a Jury (viz) Nathan Freeman Clivesley Grubb Jesse L Cravan Archibald Jacaway William Eaton Thomas Mahan Rhodes Nickells James Murphy John Moses Jacob Clyne William Hicky & Thomas Galion who being Elected tried and sworn well an truly to try & true deliverance to make between the Commonwealth and the prisoner at the Bar upon their oaths do say that the sd Isaiah Meader is not guilty of the Crime alledged against him in the Indictment and proclamation being made as the manner is and nothing further being Alledged against him it is ordered by the court that he be acquitted of the Felony aforesaid and discharged forthwith
