From the memoirs of her grandson Don Taylor:S1

Archie [Archibald F Taylor Jr] married Susan Penny who came from West Coker in Somserset, England. Susan's father was William Penny who was a police constable in West Coker and was killed during a brawl... [see more at William Penny]. Susan's mother died soon after her father was killed. Susan, who was about ten years old at the time was sent, along with her sister, to live with her uncle Henry Penny in Wellington County, Ontario. Susan often spoke with great affection about Uncle Henry. The farming area of Wellington County was populated with people from the same area of England and perhaps even came over together on the same ship.
