Could the same Henry and Elizabeth Penny appear in both the Somerset England 1861 census and the Nichol Ontario 1861 census? The correspondence of names and ages, combined with the linkage to Susan Penny seems quite strong. Perhaps they emigrated in that year? But where are their children in Canada?
