    A certain tract of Land situate in Canaan Viz
    Begining at the corner between the Whitaker Lot and
    Mr William Fletcher on the six Rod Road thence running
    on the division line of said Lot one hundred and seventy
    two & half Rods to a corner thence across said Whitaker
    Lot at right angles by a spoted line to a corner on the
    dividing line between said Whitaker Lot & Abraham Ireland
    Lot thence following said division line Easterly on hundred
    and seventy two Rods & half Rod to the aforsaid six Rod
    Road thence on said Road to the first mentioned
    bounds or corner containing eighty-four Acres more or less
    being his share of the real Estate of said Deceased ----
