Being A certain tract or part of the Whitman Farm
so called in Canaan Viz begining at a stake and stone
or a tree marked on the River Bank thirty Rods from
the North line of said Lot thence running Westerly
by a parrallel line with the side line of sd Lot
till it comes to the Road that leads to Canaan Meeting house by that road till it comes to the road leads from scowhegan falls to Solomon
Stewards thence by said Road till it comes to the Widdow Clarks Land thence Southerly by her land
till it comes [blurred] South line of the Lot thence
Easterly by said South line to the River thence up
the River to the first mentioned Bounds containing
fifty eight Acres more or less being his share of the
real estats of sd Deceased
