    being several tracts of Land as followes Viz ---
    first mentioned [this?] bounded on the West by the Main
    River Road on the West side of the sd River on the North by the
    division line between Lost No Eleven and twelve on the
    East by Kennebec River & on the South by Road leading
    from the Main Road to the Ferry containing nine Acres
    more or less one other tract situate in the North Westerly corner
    sd Lot Number Eleven in Canaan begining at a stake & stones
    at the south West corner of the No 12 share [part?] to Ebenezer
    Weston thence running South sixty one degrees West
    fifty four and half Rods [the and?] stake and stone in open
    Land at the West end of sd Lot No Eleven thence North twenty
    nine degrees West to the North West Corner of said Lot thirty one and
    [illegible] South[erly?] & following
    the lines of said tract round to the to the river aforesaid thence up the River
    to the first mentioned bounds containing one hundred & twenty Acres moreorless
    one half rods thence North [sixty?] one degrees
    East on the division line between said Lot No Eleven
    and twelve fifty four & half Rodds thence South
    twenty Nine degrees East thirty one & half Rods
    to the first mentioned bounds containing Eleven Acres
    more or less Also one other tract on ten Acres
    Island so called & situate in Kenebec River in front of
    Lot Nine & ten on the main Land situate at the
    South part of sd Island containing the whole of
    sd Island which belonged to the late Samuel Weston
    containing about seven Acres more or less ----
    also one other tract of Land being about twenty
    Acres called & known by the Piper Place
    formerly [?] by Edward Piper adjoining Land owned
    by Whitcomb Pratt on West side of the Road which
    leads from the Meeting House to the falls ----
    being her share of the real estate of sd Deceased
