    partley out of the Fletcher Lot-so called and the Whitaker Lot
    begining at a corner marked on the division line between
    the said Lots one hundred & eighty three Rods from the
    North East corner thence running at right angles
    sixteen Rods & twenty links to a spoted corner thenc
    running a parrelal line with the side-line of Lots
    to the Road leading from the falls to James Webbs bounds
    to a stake & stones thence following said Road Northerly to the
    North line of the fletcher Lot thence following the
    line easterly to the corner between that part of the Lot
    and part of said Lot being owned by said Wm Fletcher thence
    on the division across said Lot to the north line sd Fletchers
    Land then Easterly on sd line to the first mentioned bounds
    containing Eighty sex Acres more or less ------
    being his share of the real estate of said Deceased
