    Persuant to the above Warrant we Bryce McLellan Daniel Steward & Benjamin Shepard have taken the Oath prescribed and have notifyd all Persons interested & have made an equal division of the estate of the late Samuel Weston died seized of his Widdow's third excepted among twelve children heirs of the late Samuel Weston and have sett off to each his share of sd estate by m[ietes?] & bounds as followes
