Obituary (Local Lowell, MA newspaper?): Sigrid Bowden ... St. John's Episcopal Church Mrs. Sigrid C. (Peterson) Bowden, a lifelong resident of this city, active in church and civic organizations, residing at 50 Ruth St., died friday evening at the Lowell General Hospital. She was the widow fo Arthu J. Bowden, widely known executive of the M.G. Wight Co. She was born in Lowell, a daughter of the late Carl and Marie (Johnson Peterson, active and a member of St. Jhon's Episcopal church, a member of the Episcopal Church Women of the church, the Altar Guild and the former chairman of the United Thank Offering of Episcopal Church Women of the Church, former treasurer and board member of the Children's Home, a member of the Lowell General Hospital Women's Assocation, and the Republican Club of Lowell. Mrs. Bowden is survived by a sister Mrs Aubin V. (Lillian E.) Belanger, of Lowell; a brother, Otto I. Peterson of Long Beach, Californai, a niece Mrs. Kenneth E. (Cynthia B.) Wheeler, of Lowell, three nephews Dr. Philip D. Bogdonoff, of Boxford, Robert A. Belanger, of Los Angeles, Cal. and R. Peterson Belanger of Wethsfield, Conn.

Death Notice (same paper?): Died in Lowell, April 30, Mrs Sigrid C. (Peterson) Bowden of 50 Ruth St. Funeral services in St. John's Episcopal Church, Gorham St., Tuesday morning at 10:30 o'clock. Friends may call at the Saunders Funeral Home, 90 Westford St., from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9pm Monday.
