1 BIO:Sarah Ida is listed in the 1860 census of Dalton, Whitfield, Ga as age 15. She is mentioned several times in her father's diary of 1866 at the end of the Civil War. They were apparently living in Rehoboth ville in Morgan Co until her mother's death. She would have been 19. The information on her marriage comes from James Wm's desendants. The 1850 Census of Clarke Co, Watkinsville or Puryear's district, taken by JH Christy lists her as Ida age 5. The 1870 Census lists her on her own at a teacher in Clarke Co in the Fractney? district,post office in Athens by Early M Chandler on 8 Aug, page 70, dwelling 475 at age 30 born Ga.
