From the Bartlett Society

On 9 Dec 1713 administration of the estate of Samuel Bartlett was granted to widow Hannah Bartlett. On 19 Apr 1714 the widow's dower having been set off, the estate was divided among the four sons: Benjamin a double share, Joseph, Samuel and Ichabod a share each, they paying in money the share of the daughters Hannah, Elizabeth, Lida and Sarah.

On 19 Apr 1714 Hannah Bartlett, widow of Samuel Bartlett, late of Duxbury became guardian of Lydia (under 21), Sarah (under 14), Ichabod (under 21) and Elizabeth (under 21). There is no probate record in Plymouth County for Hannah Churchill.

NOTE: He did not have sons Judah and William as stated in Duxbury by Winsor p. 225.
