MRS. RUTH GREEN SHAW

Wife of Elmer L. Shaw, died this morning at her home at McKee following a lengthy illness attributed to a complication of ailments. She was the daughter of John and Mary (Benton) Green and was born at McKee Feb. 18, 1906. She was married to Mr. Shaw April 28, 1923. He survives, with these children: Mrs. Betty Ebersole of New Enterprise, Regis, Leroy, Lester, Ray, Nancy, Richard and Dennis, all at home; one grandchild, her mother, one brother and three sisters, Russell Green of Roaring Spring, Mrs. Emma Wise and Mrs. Josephine Emeigh, both of Altoona, and Mrs. Winifred Mattern of Hollidaysburg, R.D. 2, and one half-brother and one half-sister, John and Eva Green, both of McKee. Mrs. Shaw was a member of the McKee Methodist church. Friends will be received at the home after 7 o'clock this evening.

SHAW -- Funeral services for Mrs. Ruth (Green) Shaw of McKee will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock in the McKee Methodist church in charge of Rev. Clarke Redmond. Interment in Greenlawn cemetery, Roaring Spring. Friends will be received at the home after 7 o'clock this evening.
