4. Roger Junior 17 THOMPSON was living in Greenville Co.S.C.. He was
living in Frederickville Parish. He was living in Louisa Co.Va.. Said
to have moved to S.C.,Statements of 2nd mar. not proven.He signed the
1744 deed of the elder Roger Thompson.It has been written that this
Roger Thompson Jr. was the son of Rev.John Thompson who died in 1753 in
Mecklenburg Co.N.C.,because he eventually settled in S.C.near to these
other Thompson families,but nothing what so ever has been found to show
any connection to the Rev.John Thompson.Bought and sold land in Louisa
Co.Va.Most statements reguarding this family are not documented at

He was married to Anne FERGUSON on 12 May 1750 in Amelia Co.Va.. Roger
