T.Earley and Elizabeth Earley.Probably heirs of Elizabeth.

Never Mar. Died unmarried and leaving all her estate to her brother
Nathaniel Thompson,in trust for his heirs as he sees fit.I give this for
past favors and for taking care of me in my helpless condition in old
age.
