  1.   Robert Calvin "Bob" McElhaney, 79, of Stevensville, died at his home on Tuesday, Oct. 30. 2007. He was born Sept. 16, 1928, in Helena. Following high school he enlisted in the Air Force in 1946, serving three years, where he attained the rank of sergeant. Survivors include his brother, James (Christina) McElhaney of Stevensville, and a sister, Evelyn Meredith of Canby, Ore. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at the Whitcsitt Funeral Home in Stevensville. A reception will follow at the United Methodist Church. Robert's ashes will be interred at a later date in Riverside Cemetery.
