With a little research I was able to find the relationship between Prepare Clark to William Clark the explorer (of the famed Lewis and Clark Expeditions): Prepare was the daughter of was John Gridley Clark. John was the son of James Clark. James had a brother named Jonathan Clark. Jonathan had a son named John Clark. John had a large family of eleven children. The tenth child born was the explorer William Clark.
