    the conditions is such that if Job Meadows, James Morie [sic], Alfred Sinclair, John Pounds, Thomas Hill
    shall well and truly pay to said James Autry and John Autry Guardians and Bethuel and Polly Autry 23£ 7 shillings and 6 pence or an 1/8 part of the money to be produced by the sale of a 373 acre tract of land of the estate of the late William Morie [sic - Rorie] dec'd on or before 1 Jan next
