-to my daughter Leucy Meadors, 5 shillings to be put out in interest until James Autry arrives at age 21 or is married; likewise Bethuel and Polly Autry arrive at age 18 or are married
-My lands to my grandsons Reuben Rains and James Autry with Reuben Rains to have Dwelling house and around after the death of my wife Judah
-also my household furniture and stock of all kinds and other property and proceeds to be Betsey Autry three children (one share among them)

Know all men by these presents that we
Job Meadows, James Morie [sic - Rorie], Alfred Sinclair, John Pounds, Thomas Hill
are bound unto James Autry and John Autry Gurardians of Bethuel Autry and Polly Autry
in the sum of 250£
the conditions is such that if Job Meadows, James Morie [sic], Alfred Sinclair, John Pounds, Thomas Hill
shall well and truly pay to said James Autry and John Autry Guardians and Bethuel and Polly Autry 23£ 7 shillings and 6 pence or an 1/8 part of the money to be produced by the sale of a 373 acre tract of land of the estate of the late William Morie [sic - Rorie] dec'd on or before 1 Jan next
Then the above obligation to be void otherwise to remain in effect.
