[Some were probably born before 1736; father died before widow remarried in 1745.]

Also see article by Peter J. GODIN, "History*Heraldry & Genealogy" Karen Grant sent. Pierre's wife and family, except for the three eldest sons, were captured by the English in 1759 and sent into exile. Pierre (with sons Francois, Jean-Baptiste, Alexandre) took refuge at Miramichi, where he died of exposure the folowing winter. Only Helene of the exiled was heard from again. [This does not gibe with data that his wife remarried in 1745. Wrong spouse?]
