Peter Walker of Accomack County, VA is sometimes identified as the father of Person:Daniel Walker (14) who died in 1702 in Talbot County MD. The will of Peter (4) shows that he had a son "Daniel". However, a death record for Daniel (14)'s daughter, Elizabeth, identifies her grandparents as John Walker and Elizabeth of Stand of Pilkington, Lancashire County, England. At his death in c1696 he owned approximately 1000 acres of land in Accomack County. Part of that land was on the Viriginia Mayrland border on the upper portion of Pitts Creek. Another parcel was located on an island between Mosquito Point and Chincoteague Island. In his will he left his home place of 600 acres to sons James and Daniel; its location has not been pinpointed, but its neither the island place nor the property on Pitts Creek.
