Overview

Lundgstedt, 1921 identifies Major Peter Walker of Accomack County, as the third husband of Alicia b. 1616. She had first married George Traveller (died February 1642). She next married (1643) William Burdette. Burdette died soon thereafter, as she then married Peter Walker sometimes before January 1645/6. Walker died before 1656 when Alice married John Custis.

Alicia is commonly said to be the mother of Peter Walker (4). However, that Peter (4) is most likely the son of Peter (5) by a previous marriage

Peter Walker is said by some to have been born in Prestwich, Lancaster England, about 1620.
