    Mrs. Orpha Hertsel died at her home in Penn township last Thursday night, aged 52 years, 7 months and 23 days. A brief prayer service was held at the home Sunday at noon. after which the body was taken to her former home city, Columbia City, Ind. where funeral services were held in the Church of the Brethren at 3:00 p.m. with burial there. (South Park Cemetery)

    Deceased was a daughter of Nathan Tyler and wife and was born in Indiana. She is survived by her husband, Russell Hertsel, and by six sons and daughters--
    Otis of Elkhart, Donald and Murlin of Cassopolis, Mrs Ratio (Callie) Smith of Columbia City, and Cleo and Ardith at home.
