    MRS. MIRANDIA DURGEE
    Pulaski-- Mrs. Mirandia Durgee, 74, widow of C. Wesley Durgee, died last night at the family home on Route 11 near this village. She had been in poor health for several months. Mrs. Durgee was born on March 28, 1880, daughter of the late George and Mirandia Lagoe Baker. She had lived in the same house for the last 41 years. Her husband died in 1948. Mrs. Durgee was a communicant of St. John's Church, Pulaski.

    Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Eva Busek, Rome and Mrs. Dorothy Favret, Pulaski; and two sons, Harry Durgee of Pierrepont Manor and Cornelius Durgee, Central Square; also eight grandchildren... The funeral will be held at home... Friday morning and at St. John's Church... with burial in Pulaski Cemetery...

    MRS. DURGEE DIES AT 74
    Pulaski-- Mrs. C. W. Durgee, 74, widow of Cornelius Durgee, died Tuesday at her home on Route 11. She had been ill several months. Mrs. Durgee was born in Maple Hill on March 25, 1880, the daughter of George and Miranida Lagoe [Lago?] Baker. Following her marriage to Mr. Durgee they came to the Pulaski area and had resided here for the past 40 years. He died in 1948... Surviving are her two daughters, Mrs. Eva Busek, Rome, and Mrs. Dorothy Favret, Pulaski; two sons, Harry, Pulaski, and Cornelius of Central Square, eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren
