Pulaski Democrat, 12 June 1941: WEST ALBION Mrs. Lynn Phillips and son Lynn, Jr. spent last week in Orwell at Mrs. Lewis Olin's, who has been in Pulaski with blood poison. Dr. Dunbar of Pulaski is the attending physician.

Oswego Palladium-Times, 9 June 1943: MRS. MINNIE OLIN Pulaski-- Mrs. Minnie Olindier [!] died suddenly of a heart attack at her home in Stillwater district about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, her birthday. Born June 8, 1877 in the town of Orwell, Mrs. Olin was the daughter of Frank and Mary Gay Looker, always making her home in this vicinity. She married Lewis Olindier [!] in 1892, and he died five years ago. Survivors are three daughters: Mrs. William Sweet, Mrs. Lynn Phillips of Pulaski and Mrs. Everet LaCelle of Rome; five sons, Floyd of Lowville, Clinton of Lacona, Delbert of Richland, Raymond of Orwell and Clyde, who is in the Army at El Paso TX; two brothers, Raymond Looker of Clayville and Lorenzo Look [!] of Fulton. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
