 Warren Co., IA Registration of Death Book II Oct 1897-May 1899, pg. 407 shows him as Willard F. Braucht, White Oak Twp. d. April 14, 1898, male age 25y.,  buried Hewitt Cemetery (one very old small stone near the large stone for Daniel Braucht that also has his data inscribed on the side (sister Edith E. inscription below his on the same stone and same side).

From "Cemetery And Death Records of Warren County, IA (977.701. W25W at ACPL in Ft. Wayne, IN we find what appears to be 2 newspaper items, both dated April 21, 1898: one shows "Braucht, Millard, died at the home of his father Daniel Braucht of White Oak Twp Thursday night April 14 of enlargement of the liver and spleen.". The other is page 3, col 1 "Braucht, Millard quietly passed away last Thursday night. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Throckmorton at the church. Remains to the Hewitt Cemetery. Three of uncle Dan Braucht's daughters of South Dakota came to the home to attend their brother's funeral. Also Mr and Mrs W.W. Butler of Indianosl attended the funeral at Medford."
