   "sold by Michael Dyer and wf to Isaac Rose and Edward L. LaChapelle,
   guardian of Matthew LaChapelle, all of Harrisville..."

Matthew was 42 years old in 1895 and his younger brother Edward L. (Lorenzo) was his guardian.
