Mary (Shatwell) (Webster) Emery's will of 1693 mentions no daughter Mary or heirs, while the wife Mary of John Emery Jr. was alive and had many children, so it was not her daughter that married John Emery Jr. In other words, Emery incorrectly identified the wife of John Emery Jr. and her maiden name is unknown.
