RESEARCH NOTES

According to some Ancestry trees, John Palmer and Mary Palmer nee Reynolds, had 7 children the first born Joshua Palmer (1723-1792) when Mary Palmer was just about 7 years old, it seems that someone on Ancestry accidently made her brother Joshua Reynolds (1723-1792), into her son, this mistake has not be picked up by other Ancestry trees that have just blindly added this misinformation. The second mistaken child is Rice Palmer born in 1738 or 1739, there are no records or sources that prove this, this date is well before the proven marriage date of John Palmer and Mary Reynold on 18th July 1748.
