The Heatherly book, pg 71 says Mary died 8 Jan 1850 but this is probably a typo as several other pages say 1860.

Pg 70: "Evidently she [Mary] died when Ethany the youngest Hancock child recorded in her parents Family Bible died. The date of Ethany death, January 8, 1860, was the same as his Mother's. Mary, Ethany and other young Hancock children were buried at Powell River Church Cemetery or Mouth of Cedar Creek and . . . were later reinterred at Baker Forge Memorial."
