Fannie was 32 years old, 1st married at age 16. She and both parents were born in Georgia. Doris Foskey was actually her youngest sister. “Unnamed nephew” was William Foskey, Fannie’s youngest brother. Their mother died two years previous to the census and Fannie and her husband took them in.
