1910 Census Fannie Foskey was enumerated in her father Miles B. Foskey’s household in Frazier District 1503, Pulaski County, Georgia with her mother Maggie, brothers Burrell, Miles B. Jr, Robert L., Emmett W., and sister Hazel. Fannie was 13 years old. Both she and her parents were born in Georgia.

In 1920 Census Fannie Smith was enumerated in her husband William Smith’s household in Militia District 1503, Bleckley County, Georgia with daughters Pauline, Florence, Olive V., and a boarder, Early Searborough. Fannie was 22 years old. She and both parents were born in Georgia.

1930 Census Fannie Smith was enumerated in her husband William Smith’s household in Frazier District 1503, Bleckly County, Georgia with her daughters Pauline, Florence, Virginia, Monelle, and Frances, niece Doris Foskey, and unnamed nephew Foskey. Fannie was 32 years old, 1st married at age 16. She and both parents were born in Georgia. Doris Foskey was actually her youngest sister. “Unnamed nephew” was William Foskey, Fannie’s youngest brother. Their mother died two years previous to the census and Fannie and her husband took them in.
