Mary CILLEY, born 12 Nov 1750, died 13 Mar 1843 in Andover, Merrimack, NH, daughter of Benjamin and Judith (DARLING) SELLEY and granddaughter of Benoni and Elenor (GETCHELL) SEALEY. She married 22 Dec 1768 Ebenezer TUCKER of Hampton Falls, Rockingham, NH, born 27 Jan 1742, died 6 Aug 1824, in Andover, Merrimack, NH, son of Ebenezer and Deborah (BLAKE) TUCKER. Mary and Ebenezer moved to Andover in Oct 1775. They had eleven children, eight daughters and three sons and their first son died young. And a ninth daughter is cited in H. of A., Part II, p 261 as the 1st wife of Chase OSGOOD.
