Judith was admitted 27 May 1733 to the First Church in Kingston, Rockingham, NH. Benjamin and Judith lived in Salisbury, Essex, MA and in Kingston, Rockingham, NH and in Hawke (now Danville), Rockingham, NH. A deed dated 6 Jan 1770, Rockingham County Records, vol 1212, p 274, mentions Judith SILLEY, widow, and her eight children.
