He married 8 Oct 1763 in Ossipee, Carroll, NH Apphia KENISTON, born 13 Nov 1742 in Ossipee, Carroll, NH, died 9 Nov 1822, age 79, in Andover, Merrimack, NH, buried in Andover, Merrimack, NH, daughter of Job Flanders and Rhoda (WEBSTER) KENISTON. Her parents were of the Quaker faith.

Benjamin lived in Brentwood, Poplin, and Andover, NH. He kept a tavern at Andover Center which bore the name 'Ben Affy’s Tavern' after his wife’s name. (KENISTON is written KENERSTON in some records.)
