John CILLEY / SELLEY, born 1739 in Hawke (now Danville), Rockingham, NH, died 27 Feb 1829 in Tunbridge, Orange, VT, son of Benjamin and Judith (DARLING) CILLEY. He married 15 Jul 1761 Abigail CLARK, born 3 Jul 1741 in Kingston, Rockingham, NH, died there 1786, daughter of John and Elizabeth (CLIFFORD) CLARK of Kingston, NH. John SELLEY came to Andover, Merrimack, NH from Hawke in Oct 1775, and he lived in Andover for a period with his oldest son Daniel. He moved to Tunbridge, Orange, VT about 1792. John was in the 1810 US Census for Tunbridge.
