In Opal Anguish Masters research (I met with her in West Virginia when she was 95 and in poor health, and she shared her research with me) she lists Martha i as William's first wife and David's mother, She also lists William as a son but no specifics and we haven't found evidence of him in Marshall Co. In research of the Merediths we have found evidence of the family in Delaware. According to that research my ggggrandfather William Anguish was her third husband and his first wife. In the following records, census etc. he gives his birthplace as Delaware and his birthdate as 1785. Although I don't have birth/death dates of Martha but the evidence of her previous marriages places William as much younger then her and with two children by her first husband. Their 2 sons William and David were born in 1804 and 1808 in PA. William , the son, seems to have spent most of his life in Ohio but at least part of his childhood in Marshall Co. VA/WV. The father William spent much of his life in Marshall Co. where he married two more times He tried to get a bonus from his service in the war of 1812 in Belmont, Ohio but did not have enough evidence to prove it. I do not have any evidence of Martha's death or burial. "I don't have anything on Martha & William after they left Delaware. Most of her siblings migrated to Fayette Co., Pa. before moving on to Ohio. I expect that Martha & William did the same. Martha was the daughter of Joseph Meredith & Elizabeth Griffin. Her siblings were Joseph, Samuel, Elizabeth, Ann & Jacob. Martha married March 3, 1789 to Jacob Meredith. Their children were Lydia and Mary. Jacob died in 1795 and she then married Nathan Bradley. Nathan died in 1797 and she then married William Anguish. Martha's daughter, Mary (Polly), by Jacob Meredith died while they were still in Delaware. There are probate records for Jacob and Polly in the Delaware Archives, also for Joseph Meredith. These records name her second husband Nathan Bradley and Mary's estate was probated by William Anguish.  There are abstracts from these records are on my websiteat<http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~merideth/index.html>http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~merideth/index.html In the section titled Merideth Family Records click the link for part 1 or part 2 & use the Edit Find feature on your browser to search for the names.
