    Catharine Keely, Executrix and devisee of Samuel Keely deceased, late of Marion County of Indiana, of the 1st part
    and
    Jonathan H. Goff of Shelby County, IN of the 2nd Part
    -Whereas on 1 March 1849 Samuel Keely made a title bond to William H. Tucker and Squire S. Tucker of Shelby Co. in the sum of $380 to be paid to William H. and Squire S. Tucker
    -The condition of the bond is that if Samuel Keely or his heirs on or before 15 January 1851 on payment of a note Keely holds against the said Tuckers for $375 making with what they now pay $500 make or cause to be made a Warranty Deed of Conveyance, to convey to the said Tuckers the E1/2 of the SW1/4 and the W1/2 of the SE1/4 and SE1/4 of the NW1/4 of Sec 19, T12N, R6, containing 200 acres at the time said Keely makes the deed the said Tuckers secure by mortgage the balance of the money for said farm which the said Tuckers gives their notes for amounting in all to $1900
    -The said Keely reserves the use of a Meeting House lot one acre in the SE corner of said 40 acres which Meeting House now stands then the above obligation to be null and void else to be and remain in full force signed Samuel Keely
    -And afterwards on 7 Jan 1851 William H. Tucker and Squire S. Tucker assigned such writing for value received under their own proper hands by writing on the back thereof to Joseph Layton. And afterwards on 24 Jan 1852 Joseph Layton assigned said writing obligation for value received by writing on the back thereof to Jonathan H. Goff
    -Whereas Samuel Keely departed this life 31 Aug 1849 having made his last will & testament probated on 4 October 1849, naming Catharine Keely his beloved wife his heir and executrix
    -And whereas Samuel did not convey the said tracts of land during his life time except as in his will
    -And whereas the said purchasers of the said land have made full payment
    -Catharine Keely does hereby grant bargain sell and convey to Jonathan H. Goff the tract of land above described
