Facts and Events
John m. Mary Etta Boland in 1858. However, by 1860, Jane is listed as his wife in the census. John T. shows up in Covington Co, AL at the same time as Thomas Morrow m. Bethany Womble. The DNA matches close enough for them to be brothers or cousins. Also in the area is James R. Morrow m. Nancy Riche. A J.T. Morrow witnessed James' 1901 pension application in Coffee County. John would fit to be the John Morrow who enlisted in the 33rd Alabama Regiment at Covington Co, AL on 11 Mar 1862. His family has not been found in 1850, but in 1860, he and his wife are living in a household with an older woman that is likely his mother Cynthia, his sister Louisa, and her son George. (George descendants' DNA does not match John or Thomas.) [edit] Census
