Then family moved to Field Rumney, suburb of Tredegar. Her father died in 1855, and brother John in 1854. She married a young Welshman, David Charles Morgan, 1865. They had a large family of ten or twelve children and had a difficult time financially. Jane took in sewing and worked at other jobs to supplement their income. They lived near Montpelier for several years. Aunt Jane was a happy woman and loved to go to parties and dances. Even in her 80's, she still had a twinckle in her eyes as she related incidences to me. She and her husband, moved to Los Angeles, California. They bought a five room home in the south central part of Los Angeles. Her sons grew up to be successful businessmen. Later in life, she and her husband, David were divorced. She then married Joseph Rhumell. She had a daughter, Felitia by this marriage. Joseph died and a few years later she buried her daughter, Felitia. She then went to SLC to live with her unmarried grandson, Tommy McCoy. While traveling from the SLC depot to Aunt Flora Severn's home they had a car accident and she died of internal injuries. She is buried in the City cemetery in Salt Lake City.
