1836 - James was buried along side his parents and siblings. His gravestone is granite with a cherub at the top. The footsone is sandstone. The memorial inscription, from a transcript by the Women's Institute, reads: "Sacred/ to the memory of James/ the son of/ JAMES & MARGT. SARE/ who died May 15th 1836/ in the 33rd year of his/ Age." The footstone is inscribed: J. SARE /1836.
