Edmund Durgee, 85, of Hillsboro Road, who died Saturday at his home after a short illness, will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Sanborn-McDaniels and LaRobardiere Funeral Home. Burial will be Forest Lawn Cemetery. He was a native of Camden. He was educated in Hillsboro School House. He was a lifelong dairy farmer until his retirement in 1967. He was a member of the Hillsboro Baptist Church. Mr. Durgee was past member of Camden Grange 354 and Philanthropic Lodge 164. He was a former member of the Dairymen's League and the Camden Town Council. Surviving are his wife, the former Nellie Schraa; one daughter, Marilyn Washburn of Camden; one sister, Jane Wilkinson of New Hartford; and one granddaughter References
