Faris, Isham - entered service 1781 in Botetourt County, Virginia, while enroute from Halifax County, Virginia (where born) to Kentucky territory; moved to Kenutucky where settled at Logan Station (area now Lincoln county) & entered service there in 1782; applied for pension age 91 Laurel County, Kentucky, 1842 & Pension Application rejected, service less than 6 months. F-R3542, R952.
