Notes

It appears likely that this Isabella Armstrong was the daugher of Elinor Armstrong, who died and named her daughter Isabell (among others) in her will proven in 1791. Isabella's marriage bond with Henry Williamson was witnessed by a Robert Armstrong, who appears to likely be her older brother, also named in the will of their mother, Elinor. Additional research on this family is needed.
