Henriette Weilburg Stern born in 1868 in Germany. She had a very good education and was able to speak, read and write German, French and English. She had eight children; one son, Herman Stern, died following an accident at 22 years - he was a practicing dentist. Herman had been on his way to visit his sister, Mally Stern, when the accident occurred. All of her children were at least high school graduates and know at least three languages. There are 10 grandchildren. Mrs. Stern lived in England with Mally Stern, her married daughter. Mally married Isaac Levy, and became Samson Raphael Levy's stepmother. Samson described Henriette as 'small and round and very good-natured'. She was said to have excellent health. Adass Yisroel Cemetry is in Carterhatch Lane, Enfield, London which is just off the A10 Cambridge Road. She is listed as Yetta Stern in the burial records. http://www.jgsgb.org.uk/bury02mz.shtml.
