!BIOGRAPHY: They bought the farm in 1930 from William VanNess and in 1960 the farm was "sold" to David & Eleanor Leggett. Aunt Grace was a fun to visit "old lady". I remember playing "please may I" games with my siblings and cousins during our summer vacations at Mechanicville. I also remember the raspberries in her backyard of the old farm house. They had no children and bought the farm from Lashers (David - his uncle and Eleanor - her aunt).
