Jackson, age 12, 18 Jan; Iva, age 10, 24 Sept; Celia M, age 8, 18 Jan, heirs of J. J. Decker of Scioto Township, children of Hannah M.(Decker) Jackson, deceased.

"Ohio Death Certificate (Reg Nis No 4514; File No 59536): George Thomas Jackson, age 80 years, 12 days, born 10 Nov 1840 died of organic heart trouble on 22 Nov 1924 in Delaware, Ohio; farmer, widowed, born in Virginia but signer--Mrs. Elza Stults-- of certificate did not know his parents names or places of birth. He was buried in Decker Cemetery on 25 Nov 1924. Signed by A.J. Pounds, M.D. on 24 Nov 1924 in Delaware, Ohio."
