Frank Bowden was born in 1872 at Tiverton in Devon, son of Emma Bowden, formerly May, and her husband William Bowden, a dairy farmer. Frank appears in the 1881 census living with his parents and siblings at Lower Lugsland in the parish of Cruwys Morchard. Frank has yet to be researched after 1881.
