Floyd Woolley was born in March, 1897 in Nebraska.The Seward County Tribune reports his marriage to Adelaide Beck. They were married in Washington. D.C. on 22 May 1919. Floyd was in the navy at that time and stationed in Washington. In 1930 he lived in Lincoln, Nebraska. By December, 1951 he had moved to Northport, New York.

1931-The will of Frederick R. WOOLLEY filed 7 JAN 1931 shows Floyd to be age 33 years and living in Lincoln, NE.

Story: on a trip to Niagara Falls Floyd gave Jeanne PALMER $5.00 to buy candy for the kids - she came back with $5.00 worth of butterscotch - in the 1930's that was a lot of candy!

At some point in time Floyd may have been employed as an administrator at the VA hospital in Long Island, NY.
