Elizabeth McKenzie was born on 19th July 1832 and baptised at the church of Westminster St James Piccadilly on 25th November 1832. She was the daughter of Mary McKenzie, formerly Gobby, and her husband Alexander McKenzie, a tailor.

Elizabeth married a Mr Grant and appears as Elizabeth Grant aged 18 in the 1851 census living with her parents at 12 Munster Square in St Pancras, although her husband was not with her on census night. She was working as a waistcoat maker.

Elizabeth has yet to be researched after 1851.
