Mitchel; to son, James, 201 acres; to daughter, Ann; to son, Hugh;to son, Samuel; to daughter, Rachel; to daughter, Elizabeth; to grandson, Samuel Hays, son of daughter Elizabeth, infant. If Samuel Hays dieinfant, then his legacy to go to his sister, Elizabeth Christian. Executors, two sons-in-laws, Patrick Christian, of Augusta County, and Samuel Miller, of Rockingham County. Teste: Wm. Shields, Samuel Hunter, Peter Frenger. Proved, 21st April, 1789, by the witnesses.
