You have Gary (56123) and J.L. Bankston (180798) descended from Jacob. From the spreadsheet we can see that Garry and J.L. have a common mutation whereby DYS458 has mutated from 18 to 19. The average rate for a mutation on DYS458 is approximately 1 in 100 generations so it is highly unlikely that this mutation could have occurred independently in two close relatives. It is therefore clear that it has been handed down from a common ancestor. The only possible conclusion that I can come to is that Gary's GGGGgrandfather, William (1789) and J.L.'s GGGgrandfather, James (1800?) were brothers and their father carried the mutation and passed it on. This implies that the mutation took place between Jacob and his son (William's and James' father). You still have some genealogical work or DNA testing on known descendants of Elijah (1765) to be able to complete this section of the family tree.
